Delicious, tender, and NOT grainy mussels in a flavorful pickled sauce from the Rías Baixas in Galicia.

Each mussel is picked for size and uniformity before being lightly fried; this gives the mussels a deliciously tender, but firm texture. There are around 7/10 units of mussels per tin.
Ingredients: Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis), olive oil, wine vinegar, bay leaves, garlic, spices, and salt.
