Cooking instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the eggplant in the middle or top rack and bake for 25 minutes. Increase the oven heat to 450 degrees. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
