Natural wine, no sulfites added, may have some haze and sediments. Xarel·lo grapes and skins, and Gewürztraminer skins. To the Xarel·lo must 10% of skins of Gewürztraminer are added once pressed. Natural alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tank. Punch down of the grape skins twice a day during the maceration process. Skins stay in contact for 1 month and the wine acquires an amber colour. Very light filtration.
